"ご遺族に対しての言葉のかけ方"について

「お葬式の時に式場でご遺族の方がお出迎えをしているときに、何て言葉をかければいいのか？」とお客様から質問されたことがあります。
その説明の前に、
「お悔やみ申し上げます」についてですが、意味は、
悔やみ...人の死を弔(とむら)うこと。また弔うことば。
お悔やみ申し上げますの、「悔やみ」は後者の「弔うことば」の意味です。
それに丁寧さを表す「お」をつけています。
ご遺族の方に対しての言葉のかけ方についてですが、
当然この「お悔やみ申し上げます」という言葉は大切な人を亡くした遺族に対して使うのですが、弔電の文中でしか使われない「哀悼の意を表します」とは異なります。
弔電の文中でも、遺族との会話の中でも、両方の状況で使える、(言い方は悪いかもしれませんが便利な言葉で)「お悔やみ申し上げます」と「ご愁傷さまでございます」があります。
ですので、
ご遺族になんて声をかければいいか迷ったときは、「この度はお悔やみ申し上げます。」もしくは「この度はご愁傷さまです。」という言葉がふさわしいかと思われます。

Hmm is anyone else having problems with the images

Hi, Neat post. There's an issue together with your website in internet
explorer, may test this? IE still is the market leader and a big component to other people will omit your magnificent writing due to this problem.
